Having just read this book, I was impressed by the way in which it was written.
It provides the reader with an insight into NLP; it’s key theories and how they can assist anyone going through the emotional roller coaster of redundancy. The information is provided in a clear unambiguous style and given this is NLP it is no mean feat.
As you read the book there is plenty of other information provided to help with personal development. The use of true stories and successes only serves to confirm the writer has a passion about people and especially those suffering the ignominy of redundancy. This is something that is often out of their hands and nothing to do with them as people or workers.
This is a useful reference book for NLP practitioners working with clients who have been through the redundancy process. More importantly it will assist those who may have been made redundant and are now seeking a way forward on their own personal journey
